How does one define the perfect or “best job”? Is it how much money you’re paid, the type of benefits provided, or maybe how long you’re able to browse the Internet? Everyone has his or her own opinion on the matter, but if you want to know the general consensus, the answer is “Online Employee”, and we couldn’t agree more.

What may look like a regular office at first glance is actually something much much more: the freedom to work without restrictions. As much as an online employee sounds like the “dream” position, it has its PROS and CONS just like any other job. A big obstacle most have when first starting their work-from-home gig is time management. You no longer have the robotic duties of a 9-5er. Everyday is different, whether it be answering calls from Starbucks or answering emails from your bed. It’s now up to you to manage how and when you complete your daily tasks. The key to your success lies in you. And I’m sure we can all agree that nothing in this world feels better than when you accomplish something all on your own.
