As soon as you sign up you’ll be prompted to fill out a questionnaire that helps us match you with the perfect ZA and gives us fodder for the client profile we build to better serve you. Whether it’s the name of your favorite caviar - or the fact that you’re wanted in Spain - the more information your assistant can add to your super-secure, James-Bond-esque profile, the better we can assist you in the future.

Assign tasks.

Send your ZA tasks via our Zirtual Dashboard, email or their direct line. It’s as simple as saying, “I need __________”, and your task is off to the races. Find out more about the types of tasks you can assign here. If you need a larger project taken care of, never fear, with Zirtual Plus your assistant can handle those types of requests too.

At Zirtual we hate nickle-and-diming as much as you do. That’s why we offer flat rate, monthly plans that require no long-term commitment and offer unlimited requests. Simply choose what plan fits you best based on the amount of time per task and the additional features you’d like included.
