Every plan comes with a standard turn around time. For Premium and Executive clients, your ZA will try and take care of requests that come in before noon by the end of the day. Scheduling and reservation tasks always take priority. We also encourage our clients to prioritize their requests and let their Zirtual Assistant know when something is urgent and when something is low priority so they can plan accordingly.
For our VIP clients, your ZA will prioritize requests during the 9-6 business day. VIP clients also get night and weekend support, which is provided by a separate agent dedicated to handling urgent tasks around the clock.
We support the sharing of credit cards, passwords and other sensitive data through our partnership with LastPass, when you work with a dedicated Zirtual Assistant. Through LastPass' advanced encryption technology and cloud-based data storage, your assistant is able to securely store your sensitive data and use it when they need access to login to an account, make a purchase or contact a third party on your behalf.
We have taken every step to thoroughly screen our assistants during our stringent hiring process which includes state and national background checks, social identity verification and more. Each ZA signs an iron-clad confidentiality agreement with Zirtual that covers each client they work with. We believe that the cornerstone to any relationship is trust—this is why we take security and discretion so seriously and ensure that each ZA knows how to properly store and handle their clients' sensitive data.
Alas, the vanity URL... a little change that makes such a big difference. A vanity URL isn't as Dorian Gray-ish as it sounds, instead it just allows your Zirtual Assistant to send and receive emails from your URL versus their @zirtual.com email address. This adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that your assistant is in-house when desired.
The Executive plan allows for your ZA to use the vanity URL of your choice. The VIP plan allows you to assign your assistant multiple vanity URLs and also gives them the ability to manage multiple inboxes across various platforms.
Non-dedicated assistance:
Our Light Plan offers "non-dedicated assistance". On the non-dedicated assistance model, every time you submit a request a different ZA completes it. Non-dedicated assistance is great for short, one-time tasks and tasks that require very little back and forth. Simple research tasks, reservations and basic data entry tasks are examples of tasks that are well-suited for non-dedicated assistance
Dedicated assistance:
Each of our other plans - Premium, Executive and VIP - offer dedicated assistance. With a dedicated assistant you submit all tasks to the same ZA and you work with this person one-on-one. Your ZA gets to know you, your work and your preferences. Dedicated assistance is best if you're looking to add a member to your team and develop a lasting relationship with someone who will help make your life easier. It's best if you have repetitive tasks or tasks that might involve a learning curve.
