Zirtual's Story

From the Beginning

Zirtual Team 2012Zirtual started late one night in a 24-hour coffee shop in downtown Vegas. Our vision was a service that would mix the luxury of a concierge service with the practicality and human-touch of a dedicated personal assistant—all accessible virtually.

Founded by Maren Kate in the fall of 2011, Zirtual now contracts "Zirtual Assistants" from all over the U.S. and caters to clients who live around the world. Each ZA's goal is to make their client's life significantly better by saving their precious time and ensuring that day-to-day experience is top notch—whether they're researching a business proposal, booking a hotel, or finding that perfect gift for a significant other.

We're motivated by saving our clients' time and providing jobs for U.S. based workers. We hire people from all walks of life: from retirees to college students, and stay-at-home mothers to military spouses. Our only requirement is that our ZAs have a passion for epic customer service, a penchant for thorough, quality work, and a true desire to help others—in addition to passing a background check.

Zirtual's Limited Membership

Zirtual clients are members of an exclusive community that offers world-class personal
assistance. We keep our memberships limited to preserve the highest levels of quality in both
our assistants and clientele. In order to ensure this, our plans are available based on
ZA capacity, client-fit, and member referrals.
