Growing up in Las Vegas, Maren gained a passion for customer service and the world of high-end personal assistance from an early age. She started Zirtual in late 2011 to save people's time so they could focus on what's important and to provide purposeful employment to smart people who enjoy the freedom of working remotely. Maren has a background that includes biker bars, Chaucer, and has a penchant for science fiction—she's also never met a cat she doesn't like.
From early on, with his extensive background in design and advertising, Erik shaped Zirtual’s culture by focusing on designing a beautiful product for our ZAs to work in and our clientele to interact with. Erik aims for each interaction a client has with Zirtual to be one of simplicity and aesthetic function—he's also never met a cat he does like...hunchuuu!
Collin has a fascination with people systems and how things can be improved, whether that's people themselves, or the environment around them.
During his formative years, Collin learned about psychology, motivation, and leadership working in the health industry. In university, he co-created a company that trained varsity athletes and individuals, both in-person and virtually.
As Zirtual's CPO, Collin strives to develop a service and culture that changes how people think about work. In his free time, he's into the yogi lifestyle: meditation, clean food, fitness, and being present.
Susan has worked in corporate Outplacement for Lee Hecht Harrison for both large and small companies, served as a licensee/salesperson doing Commercial Real Estate (various firms), managed guest relations departments, done animal training for different theme parks around the country and currently has a Las Vegas food & restaurant blog and another single product website that she markets (both on WordPress).
Kate is a team member that hopped aboard Zirtual in fall 2011. Prior to working with us she worked in television as an executive assistant and coordinator. Kate went to UCLA and graduated in 2009 after a brief stint in art school studying creative writing. She was once a ZA so has some major first hand experiences that aid in her work as an account manager. In her free time she likes to re-arrange furniture in rooms to make them look bigger. Her dream is to one day swim with sharks, with no cage!

assistance. We keep our memberships limited to preserve the highest levels of quality in both
our assistants and clientele. In order to ensure this, our plans are available based on
ZA capacity, client-fit, and member referrals.
