Your Zirtual Assistant is a virtual, personal assistant dedicated to freeing up your time by handling all the tasks you don’t enjoy or have the patience for.
Zirtual Assistants are hybrids between traditional personal assistants and virtual concierge agents. They primarily handle personal requests but can handle larger business projects through our Zirtual Plus partner network.
Our Zirtual Assistants are based in the U.S.A., mostly in our San Francisco offices, and are available from 9am-6pm PST. Our assistants are college-trained and educated in providing the best customer experience in terms of service and skill.

Even though all of our assistants are based in the U.S., it doesn’t stop them from handling clients from all 7 continents - including Antarctica! Our flexible hours and 24-hour or less turn around time allows our ZA’s to handle client’s needs from Paris to Tokyo.
Multiple unlimited Plans for a flat rate.
At Zirtual we hate nickle-and-diming as much as you do. That’s why we offer flat rate, monthly plans that require no long-term commitment and offer unlimited requests. Simply choose what plan fits you best based on the amount of time per task and the additional features you’d like included.
